Returns You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right quickly.
