At Whistle Stop Cottage, we pack and ship each order with care so your items arrive safely and feel like a little gift from our cottage to yours.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high‑volume seasons or special promotions, processing may take an extra day or two — but we always work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $35 within the United States.

For orders under $35, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. (If we expand to additional regions in the future, we’ll update this page.)

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • 5–10 business days for standard delivery

  • Rural areas may take slightly longer

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — your experience matters to us.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please reach out as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. If it has already shipped, we’ll do our best to help, but additional shipping fees may apply.
